In addition to manufacture strong robust buses and trucks,
we also have safety features to protect the driver and passengers of the bodies we manufacture.
Our safety features include:
– Roll bars to prevent the collapsing in of the roof in case of accidental rollovers
– Robust frame construction with proper usage of hollow sections and angle lines at the direct impact places.
– Individual seat lap belts.
– Anti skid flooring.
– Grab handles and hand rails
Sturdy Framework
Our bodies are build to last. Under the beauty you see lies a strong durable framework engineered to last and give you peace of mind.
Our framework undergoes rigourous quality and statutory inspection to ensure they meet the safety standards.
Some measures taken include:
– red-oxide primer treatment of the metal framework
– use of metal from suppliers approved by KEBS (Kenya Bureau of Standards)
Skilled Workers
As a measure of quality and safety, we hire workers who are professionally trained and with adequate industry experience. These include certified welders, painters, designers and managers, among others. You can be sure your project is in great hands.
Roll Bars
Our buses are fitted with roll bars that prevent collapse of the bus body in case of an accident.
These are double reinforcement bars situated at key positions of the bus framework to absorb the impact of an accident and keep passengers safe.
