Development of Kenya's Bus Body Building Standard - KS 372
LSHS has been instrumental in the development of Kenya’s bus body building standard – KS 372, which has been instrumental in streamlining the quality, reliability and safety of buses made in Kenya.
LSHS not only provided the venues for the meetings that were held in developing the KS 372 standard, but also provided professional prowess, drawing from its vast experience in bus body building.
This standard has seen the number of serious injuries and fatalities reduced significantly because the buses are built to be safer for passengers.
Being a member of Kenya Association of Bus Manufacturers (KABM), LSHS is keen to set an example in the implementation of the requirements of the KS 372 standard to make buses safer and more comfortable for the users

We are keen to impart knowledge to students who visit our premises so that they understand they have a place for them in the future even as they study. Our gates are open for school visits by schools we are privileged to build buses for.
These visits have been known to motivate students to know that their studying is not merely for exams, but has a real impact in shaping their future.
